For the first time in the P204-P507-H2SO4 system, the combination of back extraction and washing technology was used, with a high concentration of samarium europium gadolinium back extraction solution instead of 1N sulfuric acid as the washing solution, eliminating the washing acid preparation process, and achieving unsaponifiable extraction The agent extracts and separates rare earth elements in a mixed solution of high concentration rare earth sulfate and rare earth chloride. The concentration of rare earth in the loaded organic phase is greatly increased, so that the rare earth concentration in the stripping liquid is increased by 75%, and the residual acid is reduced by 45%. A new process of grouping and separating rare earths by non-saponification mixed extractant was used to transform the production line with an annual output of 4,000 tons of rare earth chloride, and stable production was achieved. The recovery rate of rare earth was more than 98%; the cost of producing one ton of rare earth chloride chemical materials was more than ammonium carbonate precipitation The method is reduced by 20%, which has produced good economic benefits.
