in the electroplating sludge using sulfuric acid to leach copper, nickel and the best conditions for: under normal temperature, sludge particle size 100 mesh, sulfuric acid concentration 2 mol/L, liquid-solid ratio 3:1, leaching time of 1 h. N902 extraction of copper in the best conditions for: room temperature, N902 concentration 30%, compared with the O/A is 1, acid immersion initial pH > 2. 0, the extraction time of 6 min. Single-stage extraction of copper extraction rate was 95. 0%, nickel extraction rate of 99. 99%. N902 on copper extraction effect is very good, is not affected by the effect of nickel ions in the acid immersion.
