Extract Cu: As your data, the extraction ability is too strong, all metal was extracted out, especially Cu & Fe, lost the selective ability. So, please adjust the concentrate of organic phase to 10%-15%, at normal temperature, use 1:1 phase ratio, repeat to test it, till reach the selective ability of Cu:Fe over 1000:1, it means that only extract Cu out. If the content of Cu is high, can raise the phase ratio of organic and aqueous, until 2:1.2. Remove impurity by precipitation: Use NaOH, PH value 3.8-4.2.3. Use P204 remove impurity: Use 260# solvent oil dilute the concentrate to 10%, can adjust the phase ratio, to remove Fe, Zn, Al and Mg.4.
