How to use our DZ272 extraction reagent to separate nickel cobalt from below materials?

Customer's has three kinds of material, first one is the concentrate of laterite ore, second and third are wasted battery liquid:

First. Use P204 to remove the impurities, only left Nickel and Cobalt ion.                 

Second. Saponify the liquid to 45%, keep temperature to around 50°C.                 

Third. As the components and content of ore, we suggest to use below extraction process:                

Item No.1: Dilute DZ272 to 15%-20%, use Organic phase with Aqueous phase to 1:1, use 3 to 5 steps extraction process to get the nickel ion, use 1 mol (98%) sulfuric acid for reverse extraction to get pure nickel sulfate.                 

Item No.2: Dilute DZ272 to 15%-20%, use Organic phase with Aqueous phase to 2:1, use 3 to 5 steps extraction process to get the nickel, then use 1 mol (98%) sulfuric acid for reverse extraction to get pure nickel sulfate.                 

Item No.2: Dilute DZ272 to 20%, use Organic phase with Aqueous phase to 2:1 or 3:1, use 3 to 5 steps extraction process to get the nickel ion, use 1 mol (98%) sulfuric acid for reverse extraction to get pure nickel sulfate.
