Our advanced Nickel Cobalt Extractant utilize premium organophosphorus chemistry, formulated for superior chemical stability and rapid phase disengagement.

There are three steps of structural classes:

1. Impurity Pre-Removal (P204 / DEHPA Grade)

Fungsi: Used in the initial extraction stage to clear high-affinity impurities out of the pregnant leach solution. At low pH values, it leaves nickel and cobalt in the aqueous phase. It is a very important nickel cobalt extractants.

Fungsi: P507 displays a significantly wider pH separation stage between copper, zink, Mangan, and cobalt than P204.

3. Ultimate Cobalt-Nickel Separation (DY272)
Nama kimia: Bis(2,4,4-trimetilpentil) asid fosfinik.
Fungsi: It exhibits a highly specialized affinity for cobalt over nickel. This allows cobalt to be loaded cleanly into the organic phase while pure, remain nickel in the raffinate.
