High-Performance Nickel Cobalt Extractant for Hydrometallurgy & Battery Recycling.
Our advanced Nickel Cobalt Extractant utilize premium organophosphorus chemistry, formulated for superior chemical stability and rapid phase disengagement.
There are three steps of structural classes:
1. Impurity Pre-Removal (P204 / DEHPA Grade)
Chemical Name: Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid.
Function: Used in the initial extraction stage to clear high-affinity impurities out of the pregnant leach solution. At low pH values, it leaves nickel and cobalt in the aqueous phase. It is a very important nickel cobalt extractants.
2. Intermediate Separation & Co-Extraction (P507)
Chemical Name: 2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester.
Function: P507 displays a significantly wider pH separation stage between copper, zinc, manganese, and cobalt than P204.
3. Ultimate Cobalt-Nickel Separation (DY272)
Chemical Name: Bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic acid.
Function: It exhibits a highly specialized affinity for cobalt over nickel. This allows cobalt to be loaded cleanly into the organic phase while pure, remain nickel in the raffinate.
4. Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese (NCM) co-extraction extractant (QL256-2)
Function: Drastic Equipment Footprint Reduction: Eliminates independent extraction, scrubbing, and stripping banks for individual metals, reducing required mixer-settlers by up to 50–60%.
