Zhengzhou Deyuan Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd was founded on the year of 2002, we specially focus on research and development metal extraction reagent, we depend on the R&D advantage with Beijing chemical university, chemistry and molecular engineering department of Zhengzhou university, and other Chinese famous universities, we will always go ahead on the development of metal leaching solvents.

On the year of 2009, we had developed compound copper extractant of Ketoxime-Aldoxime, had filled the blank of compound copper extractant in China. Then successively developed the high efficient Nickel-Cobalt separation extractant of DZ272 (same as C-272) and other series products.

Our metal extractant had exported to Zambia, Congo, India, Iran, South Africa, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Burma, Vietnam and other countries. In August 2019, we began to build a new production manufacture construction project in Pingdingshan New Chemical Material Industrial area. After completion and operation, the production capacity will reach 3000 tons / year for Nickel Cobalt separation extractant, 1800 tons / year for Copper solvent extraction reagent, 5000 tons / year for Nickel extractant and 1500 tons / year for Di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate.

Our company relies on Zhengzhou University for industry-university-research cooperation. The R & D center has excellent hardware facilities, a laboratory of more than 14,000 square meters, and tens of millions of instruments and equipment. It has obvious advantages in scientific research and development, inspection and testing. Our company’s R & D center is composed by the former dean of Chemical Engineering in Zhengzhou University, enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, the title of young and middle-aged expert who has won outstanding national contributions, and has won many national scientific and technological progress and provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards and the national 70th anniversary celebration in 2019. Pingdingshan Deyuan introduction

Pingdingshan Deyuan Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 7000 tons of metal extractants project, with a total investment of 180 million Chinese yuan and 4 hectares area. It is designed according to the petrochemical standards of chemical industry. The production uses advanced DCS integrated automatic control system, supporting GDS, SIS system, Gulf technology fire protection system and 360-degree monitoring system. The entire production system has achieved more than 95% automation and digitalization, In accordance with the safety and environmental protection standards of the chemical industry, complete sewage treatment system and tail gas treatment system have been equipped.

There are two DY272 production lines: a 5000L 316L stainless steel kettle production line and a 10000L enamel reactor production line, the annual output will be 1800 tons.

DY272 realizes automatic production through DCS system control, the required material for production is fed from the storage tank by pump automatically and measured automatically, can reduces the worker’s operation, not only improves the work efficiency, but also greatly improves the safety of equipment and accuracy of materials. During the production reaction process, the temperature, pressure and reaction time are controlled automatically through logic chain operation, and the digital accuracy of reaction control is achieved, Thus, the quality of material chemical reaction is improved.

During the material washing process, the conductivity and PH value of the material are monitored in real time through online chain monitoring to ensure that each step of operation reaches the production material qualification and impurities are removed.

Automatic three-stage vacuum system is adopted for distillation operation to ensure that each batch of distillation process parameters are within the specified range.

The whole production process is inspected by advanced instruments such as gas chromatograph, liquid chromatograph and atomic absorption spectrophotometer to ensure that the intermediate and final products of each step meet the qualification requirements.
