DY973N Copper Extractant is used for the copper selective recovery in the hydrometallurgical processing of copper ores. It is a high-performance hydroxyoxime compound solvent extraction (SX) reagent for copper ions. Specifically used for SX-EW circuits that treating high-content copper ores and low-pH heap leaching solutions.

1. Chemical Composition & Blending Ratio of DY973N:
Active Ingredients: 5-nonyl salicylaldoxime (Aldoxime) combined mixed with 2-hydroxy-5-nonyl acetophenone oxime (Ketoxime).
Typical Active Ratio: Formulated in an optimized 7:3 volume ratio of aldoxime to ketoxime, includes 35% aldoxime, 15% ketoxime and 50% 260# solvent oil. The high aldoxime percentage delivers severe copper-loading payloads, while the paired ketoxime functions as a mild kinetic modifier.

Reduced Reagent Consumption: In practice, the consumption of single aldoxime will be 10 kg per metric ton cathode copper, but the consumption of DY973N will be under 5 kg per metric ton, will save the operating cost.
