QL256-2 enables the simultaneous co-extraction of Nickel, Cobalt, and Manganese directly from impurity-rich pregnant leach solutions (PLS). The detailed instruction as following:

Wet metallurgy of laterite nickel ore: recovering valuable metals such as nickel and cobalt from the leaching solution of laterite nickel ore.
Recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries: Recovering nickel, cobalt and manganese from the leachate of waste batteries.
Other wet metallurgy fields: Resource recovery of wastewater containing nickel, cobalt, and manganese.

Efficient co extraction: Direct pCAM Feed Generation: The stripped advanced solution yields a mixed Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese sulfate liquor already structured for direct adjustment into standard ternary ratios (such as NCM 811, 622, or 523), significantly saving on chemical consumption and crystallization energy.
Strong selectivity: It has high selectivity for nickel, cobalt and manganese, effectively separating impurities such as magnesium and lithium, and improving product purity.
