As can be seen, the new product’s density has decreased by nearly 2%, which leads to shorter phase separation time. The flash point has increased by 10%, enhancing transportation safety. The phase separation time during extraction has increased by 23%, improving production efficiency. The stripping time has been reduced by 86%, significantly boosting stripping efficiency. The copper net transfer has increased by 26%, greatly enhancing production efficiency. The Cu/Fe selectivity has improved by 14%, which significantly improves copper purity. The liquid phase purity has reached 98.13.

Note: Extraction kinetics, isothermal point, stripping kinetics, and stripping isothermal point are related to saturation capacity. Generally, if the saturation capacity is qualified, these parameters are also qualified, and no further testing is required. The rest of the values are measured.
